2-3 months prior to the birth of her daughter Eliza Susanna Dimes, Eliza was Eliza Gibbs and was living at home with her mother.

Eliza married James Dimes, son of John Dimes and Susannah Charnock. (James Dimes was born in 1831 and died in 1891 in Holborn Registry District.)
