Thomas did not leave a will, and the month after his death, his wife Ann applied for a grant of administration to settle his affairs, but she too died in November 1740 before everything had been settled and their second son John had to apply for a new grant of administration.
Thomas married Ann Knobee on 5 May 1709 in East Worldham, Hampshire. (Ann Knobee was born in Alton and died in Nov 1740 in Guildford.)

Neither Ann or Thomas were residents of East Worldham when they married.
